Developing the strategy, business and project plan
Presented with the FED for a humanitarian project as part of a PPIP(Private Placement Investment Program). Base was a Start up company for soil cleaning machines production and soil cleaning service with an investment volume of 6b USD, with its production in Bosnia and service worldwide creating in total 5,000 jobs.
Project was accepted but investor was till now not able to provide the necessary funds for the PPIP.

Oct. 2006-Dec. 2007
Developing a Branch for Commodity Trade (scrap, food, oil and derivates, precious metals and stones) of a European/Asian Company on the locations in Western Africa after developing strategy, creating the business and project plan.

Remark:
It goes without saying that in Turnarounds and also in Restructuring projects only a part of the actions are listed and a lot more has to be done. Entwicklung einer Niederlassung im Commodity Handel (Nahrungsmittel, Öl und Derivate, Edelmetalle/Edelsteine, Holz) eines Europäisch/Asiatischem Unternehmens in West-Afrika nach Erstellung des Business- und Projekt-planes

Anmerkung:
In den Turnaround-Projekten aber auch in Restrukturierungen ist verständlicherweise nur ein Teil der Aufgaben angegeben die zum Standard-Management gehören.
