• Moved manufacturing and service/repair operations off shore increasing GM by 21%
• Reduced manufacturing cycle time 80% through Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• Implemented more than 20 M&A acquisitions, strategic alliances and divestment transactions totaling more than $500 Million.
