Achievements:
• Developed a Balanced Scorecard for the Shared Service Center, shared with more than 200 internal Customers.
• Implemented “process ownership concept” throughout the area in Order to Cash and General Accounting, ensuring process consistency and clear responsibilities between Field offices and Geneva HQ.
• Led the implementation of SAP for Geneva and related field offices. Go-live January 2005, monthly and quarterly closings performed correctly and on time
• Implemented Sarbanes Oxley requirements for the area. 2004 audit passed with no weaknesses or deficiency.
• Improved significantly customer satisfaction (from a score of 7.2 to 8.65 on 10)
• Actively sponsored “six-sigma” projects (reduced errors on interfaced data transmitted from Field offices, reduced “missed orders” through a supply chain project)

Achievements:
• Implemented of the Y2K compliance program with no impact on the business
• Prepared the affiliate for successful Euro introduction
• Led difficult negotiations for partnership on new products. Achieved major co-marketing agreement with market leader company.
• Improved significantly working capital (reduced DSO by 30 %, improved inventory levels by 18 %) and local profitability (through better resource allocation, reached the targeted EBIT for the first time in 4 years)
