Work Experience

People are the most critical resource in a company. Top management needs to be supported by HR how to recruit and nourish their talents, enable leadership and continuous high performance to make their company to step out of its competitors. While talent management is done in most companies, not all of them manage to operate it in a way which follows company’s strategy and capacity planning as well as match the personal interest of its talents.

Since more than 10 years I support organizational and people development in various industries, projects and setups. I have a proven record of successful delivered HR processes, including management development for Top 200 / Top 100, Performance Management & “pay for performance” for 65.000 employees in Zurich as well as capacity planning, post-acquisition integration, outsourcing support and change management for 40.000 employees in IBM. My coaching capability helps me to support managers in efficient leadership recruitment, talent identification and development. I have experience with a vast spectrum of leadership and sales trainings including role plays, hero voyages, change theatre, outdoor sessions as well as E-Learning.

Client satisfaction is not only a buzz word for me. For me, each person in my professional environment counts, whether identified yet as talent or not. I am very result-oriented even in challenging and changing environments and always open to options. I am trilingual (English, French, German) and I coach in all three languages. My personal motivation is to achieve my objectives, but also to work in a winning team and to enable winning organizations with exceptional success.
