2004 – 2005 Convergence Strategies: alignment of business and IT/Telecom accounting. Finding cheapest possible solution for telecom operation of large companies. Commercial responsibility

2003 Ordina: Businessplan and market assessment for a new office of Ordina within the Brussels area.

2000 - 2003 ORMIT:
Program leader of the redesign of administrative organisation of ORMIT Belgium. Special focus on Management Information and Management Accounting
Program leader of the initial and further development of several management development programs

1998 - 2000 ORMIT NL: Project Leader of creating an alumni program for ex-ORMIT talents

1997 - 1998 Achmea SchadeService:
Program Leader of the redefinition of the IT-infrastructure of Achmea Schadeservice. Including hardware infrastructure (RS/6000), telecom infrastructure and software infrastructure (Magic, SAS). Budget of € 2.1 million.
Project leader for the first BI-application of Achmea Schadeservice with around 80 users for analysing and monitoring the performance of the associated mechanical service stations. Software environment: SAS. Budget: € 400.000
