In charge of the Benelux Supply Chain department, located in Amersfoort (NL) and Dilbeek (BE), reporting to the CFO.

Supply Chain department: Purchasing (total inventory December 2006: 25M €), Data Base Administration, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Warehouse, Transportation.

Additional reponsibilities:

• Q4 2005- Q1 2006: Transitioning physical activities from Dilbeek into the Amersfoort plant for the DePuy business unit, resulting in a Benelux distribution platform for Orthopedic implants and instruments (20.000 SKU’s), sterilization department, replenishment, control and Bill Of Material harmonization for Loanersets.
• Q4 2006-Q1 2007: Transitioning physical activities for the Ethicon and Endo Surgery business units (surgical material, 3000 SKU’s) from Amersfoort to Courcelles, a newly constructed European DC
• Shutting down Benelux Supply Chain department from 65 FTE’s in Q4 2005 to 0 at the end of April 2007.

Move coordinator from Londerzeel site to Willebroek and integration within existing operation. Defining action plan, co-ordination between different facilities, data analysis and follow up. Including Go Live and customer contact.
