Business case, technical implementation and launch of a full Mobile Virtual Network Operator with a mobile service portfolio for a specific target group in the Dutch market.
Launch of a commercial VOIP service with flat fee offering in the residential market.

Project manager for the Antillean telecommunications operator (UTS). 2004/2005.
Billing system upgrade for the Antillean incumbent telecommunications operator with a wide services portfolio containing fixed, mobile, leased lines, ip-services and cable.
Implementation of a Roaming rating and billing application.

Project manager for a Mass Media Messaging Broker (Contenido). 2004.
Launch of the technical infrastructure, providing SMS and MMS services in the residential market for an Antillean based media company.

Operations manager for an Internet start-up company (IM4U). 2003/2004.
Launch of the technical infrastructure of a Mobile Instant Messaging service platform for a Media partner consortium (Radio538, The Box, Sp!ts) in the Netherlands youth market.

Programme manager for the Antillean telecommunications operator (UTS). 2003/2004.
Responsible for the implementation of Interconnect billing and a company wide Revenue to General Ledger project.
Responsible for the roll-out of a GSM network and Wireless Internet network on St. Maarten.

Billing Development manager for a large carrier (British Telecom). 2002/2003.
Maintenance and support of the existing billing solutions with numerous client specific applications and upgrade of three billing applications into one Billing Instance (Arbor). Implementation of bespoke client solution for the Dutch Railways.

Dedicated Consultant for Incumbent Operator of Netherlands Antilles (UTS). 2002.
Conducting several project mediation tasks and audits in the field of whole sale billing (Interconnect) and revenue assurance.

Project manager for a mid sized telecommunications carrier (Energis). 2001.
Migration of a large Internet Service Provider (Freeler) including building voice based dial-up network, data centre ISP mail and news platform and broadband ADSL access network. Migration of 600.000 ISP users to new dial-up network and ISP platform in 48 hours frame.
Implementation and improvement of Managed Hosting services.

Programme manager for a national telecommunications operator (Telfort). 2000.
Implementation of a web-enabled customer self service application for the fixed data service portfolio.
Company wide programme for disclosing customer service processes through an Extranet.
Implementation of an EBP (electronic Bill Presentment) solution.

Interim ICT manager at a local telecommunications provider (SETEL). 1998/2000.
Responsible for the implementation of SAP R/3, a Convergence Billing system, a Cable billing system and several mediation and service provisioning systems.
