Strategic review of Telecomms business reviewing a number of non-UK programmes (Central & Eastern Europe and Middle East). Identify exposures to client and Management and Financial control areas for improvement. Assist in directing contracts 'back on track' and hand back to programme management team. Participate in planning the International Markets programme for improved controls from bid to closure and 'lessons learned' stage.

· Project Manager – Lucent Technologies April’99 - Aug 2000. Telecomms, re-align faltering data network build project. Complete network to operational standard and plan increased network capacity and capability. Review client Project & Bid Management Process and procedures

· Project Executive - Nortel & United Utilities Telecomm new Joint Venture (NOR.WEB) March 1998 to December 1998 introducing new data transmission product to European energy companies – 10 months. Project managed introduction of the new product to Scandinavia: Alpha and Beta trials in UK and install demonstration network in UK.
· Programme Manager UK Insurance (Norwich. Union.) Nov 1997 to March 1998 – preparation for the European single currency. Consideration of all business systems and procedures in this major business critical operation.
· Banking (Bank of Ireland) December 1997 to March 1998. Simultaneously assisting in the IT Programme structuring and implementation in preparation for European Monetary Union.
· Project Management Process Northern Telecom group. May to August 1997 - Write and present for group companies to plan and control implementation operations and costs of major contracts. Recommend organisation structure changes and career path and training for project managers in.

· Principal Project Manager/Project Accountant Northern Telecom Feb 1996 to Jan 1997. Telecommunication start-up operation in Holland. Reporting to Programme Director.
Support Programme Director controlling network build.

· Assist major telecommunication organisation in UK in establishing better budgetary and financial controls and improves profitability and cash flow. (Cogent 3 months 1995)

· Assist Investment and Development Company with Financial and Secretarial 3 months 1995. Spain & UK. difficulties incurred through faulty financial and management procedures. Correct position and implement improved controls for future.

· Project Executive/Financial Controller British Aerospace Jan 1993 to Feb 1994. Rogue £16M Aviation project that was late and overspent. Re-motivated teams and overall discipline and control established. Completed project to the satisfaction of the client's customer. Customer later placed ‘product support’ contract with the client

· Executive control 9 months 1994. SAAB, BAe, FR Group Responsible for small teams of engineering and legal representation from three parties including the world class Defence industry client. Resolved design issue and the related legal issue. All parties eventually continued to work in growing harmony.
