(ii) Professionalise the HR function, including the writing of a complete set of HR policies and procedures for the Association.

LONDON SOUTH BANK CAREERS
Human Resources Manager, October 1996 - July 1998

Helped successfully to manage the privatisation of the careers service in inner-south London and co-led the management negotiating team in harmonising four sets of terms and conditions of employment, following a TUPE transfer. Wrote the new company’s HR policies and procedures. Subsequently managed the company’s HR function, being lead officer for recruitment, HRD and employee relations.
