This resulted in a cost-conscious and customer-oriented department with highly satisfied employees and customers through a clear vision.Budget responsibility 2 Million Euro and 7 direct reports.The start level for customer satisfaction was 3 of 10; after 2 years this was 9 of 10);
* Implementing Service Management voice products;
* Project Controlling of the outsourcing project concerning Office Operations from Siemens Building Technologies to Siemens Business Services. The involved number of employees is about 65 and the project costs are about 2,5 million euro. Target is to bring down operational costs with 35 % (3,5 million euro) from BY 2006.
