Interim Sales Director o.b.o a regional Radio station, Radio Limburg/Star FM in Maastricht (NL), with as primary tasks: implementing a new strategic sales policy within the Sales Dept.,coaching its media advisors in obtaining their business targets by developing innovative revenues by means of new forms of media exploitation with the emphasis on pod casting and the strategic use of the internet, developing new corporate relationships and assist them in their media policy by shaping joint promotion programs, creating communication materials in conjunction with the creative agency in order to maximize regional brand awareness.

2001-2006
Co-founder and shareholder of, in Maastricht.
Within this set-up, I was responsible for shaping a new format within commercial Real Estate, creating all communication materials in order to maximize international brand awareness, creating the operation manuals on temporary company accommodation and secretarial services as well as the commercial exploitation hereof, building and managing relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels. During this time I was also responsible for the development of a new Franchise concept in conjunction with the Dutch Franchise Association within the commercial real estate industry with regards to temporary accommodation under the heading \"Flow...The Village Office\", as well as for giving shape to a Franchise brokerage for Regus PLC, Ireland.

1999-2001
As an independent consultant I was responsible for various commercial and market research projects within the Netherlands and outside the EU, nl.:
• Research for an English client into call centre possibilities for outsourcing English speaking customer services and sales departments in Bucharest, Romania.
• Restructuring a retail business in decorative material for the hotel and catering industry, in Nijmegen (NL)
• O.b.o. Madscience Montreal (Canada) the introduction of a new educational franchise concept in to the Benelux market. My task was to identify a franchisee for the countries involved and establish contacts with local authorities towards the various education systems.
• Full marketing supervision for the introduction and positioning of a new modular wood construction system for Beamlock Building Solutions Inc. in England. Once ready the system was and company was taken over by Finnforest Inc, Finland.
• Market research, new business development and setting up contacts with public authorities, for Accept Jobs Europe BV, in Grave (NL), with daughter companies in Great-Britain and Ireland. My tasks and responsibilities covered charting the legal aspects for acquisition and outsourcing of medical personnel from the Romanian market, outside and within the European Union.
• Responsible for commercial introductions o.b.o a German Construction Company (DFI GmbH) to various project developers and other construction companies throughout Germany.

1998-1999
• Active in the development, positioning and marketing of a new Mobile Home Park from scratch, together with Pecos Recourses Inc., in Puerto de Luna. New Mexico (USA) providing new housing facilities to the local community

• supportive activities for the municipality of Vaugn, New Mexico (USA) with regards to new landfill and waste management procedures.

1993-1999
Active as an independent entrepreneur in financial services and real estate brokerage, in Nijmegen (NL) primarily focussed on: personal financial planning, consolidating and combining loans and other financial obligations and products in the private and B2B sector, with Assurantie Shop Nederland BV at the time, better known as Geldshop.nl in today\'s market.



1991 -1993
active as international account manager for Mediaserv BV, Doetinchem (NL), in charge of 2 Special Interest magazines. I was responsible for editing and marketing of magazines, as well as controlling and monitoring monthly targets and available budgets.

1989-1991
Active as a commercial account manager o.b.o. IPV B.V (NL). A training Institute for practical Skills towards the corporate B2B market. Responsible for the sales and logistics of practical company training programs o.b.o. larger branch organisations both customized and for larger groups of trainees.

Op dit moment ben ik mij aan het oriënteren op de arbeidsmarkt en gaat mijn belangstelling uit naar projectmatige klussen die mogelijk op basis van een interim contract kunnen en mogen worden ingevuld.

Inmiddels beschik ik over 15 jaar werkervaring in commerciële functies in diverse rollen. Mijn kracht schuilt metname in het aan tafel komen bij nieuwe corporate accounts teneinde te komen tot innovatieve revenuen en/of strategische allianties.
