2000 – 2005: PROJECT LEADER, HIGHWAYS AGENCY, MAJOR PROJECTS DIVISION
Delivered privately financed and conventional design and build of trunk roads and motorway improvement schemes costing over £100 million. Contract and preparation of tender documentation, including NEC, ECC and ICE 5th & 6th. Also maintained smooth and accurate communication channels, prepared robust projects plans, progress reporting and issue resolution. Directed construction of new highways, bridges, flyovers, tunnels and parallel widening of existing highways. Managed excavation, tunnelling, testing and installation of bridge piles and caissons.
