Responsibilities:
· Leading the European sales, procurement, technical service and logistics teams
· Accountable for a P&L of 25 Million Euro
· Procurement of the bulk raw materials negotiating with Key raw material suppliers in Europe and Asia.
Achievements
· Reshaping the strategy from big volume commodity producer for the tyre industry to a specialty wax supplier for the food industry resulting in an increase of EBITDA with 50%.
· Introduction and positioning of a Chinese supplier for key raw materials against the traditional European producers resulted in a price decrease of 15% for the bulk raw materials.
