Position : Night-Manager / Manager on Duty
Achievements : assistance to succesfully computerizing Front Office department.
Additional : During this period I went for 3 months to London Kensington Hilton to reorganise staff and procedures within the Rooms Division Department (4-star deluxe hotel, 603 rooms).

Description : Head-Office serving four 4-star deluxe hotels in Amsterdam (Caransa, Doelen, Rembrandt and Schiller Hotel, total of 397 rooms), turnover of approx €. 15 Million, 140 employees. Combination of as well business as tourist hotels.
Position : Systems Manager/Asst. Director of Finance
Achievements : standardization working procedures throughout the hotels and head-office;

06/95 - 05/97 : Doelen Hotel (Take over by Golden Tulip Hotels)
At the moment I worked there part of Karena Hotels BV, owned by Buckingham International Plc.)
Description : This 4-star deluxe city-centre business hotel consists of 86 rooms, à la carte restaurant, bar and banqueting facilities up to 450 guests. Hotel has been ran with 45 employees, turnover increased during leading the hotel from €. 5 Million to almost €. 7 Mio.
Position : General Manager
Achievements : Increased revenue with 27%;
Reduced costs by approx. 20%;
Made restaurant and banqueting profitable.

05/97 - 06/98 : Hotel Leusden (Part of Van der Valk Hotels),
Description : Family hotel-chain with approx 65 3- and 4-star hotels and restaurants. Hotel Leusden, a 4-star de luxe hotel close to 5-stars, a combination of a business- and leisure-hotel consists of 182 rooms, à la carte restaurant, Grand-Café, Banqueting facilities up to 900 guests. Turnover during first half year of €.5 Mio.
Position : General Manager
Achievements : Profitable from day 1 after opening;
rooms occpancy within ½ year of 93%;
fully booked banquet-facilities for almost complete first year;
highly profitable restaurant (approx 25% nett-profit);
Set up raw construction within ½ year up to 4 star deluxe full service hotel, well within time and budget;

07/98 – 07/02 : KZA BV (Part of PinkRoccade NV)), Description : Key-player in the IT-industry in The Netherlands, approx. 9.000 employees working for PinkRoccade, of which KZA is a subsidiary with 200 employees working in (especially IT-) Quality Assurance Projects.
Position : Team Manager
Achievements : Standardization of software for 60.000 end-users and 250 server-sites.;
Coordinating several testing projects simultaneously;
Reducing costs with approx. 35% within one year;
Introducing standard reporting methods within project (250 employees);
Getting project restarted after collaboration errors between parties involved.

08/02 – present : SONY Logistics Europe B.V., division SONY Computer Entertainment (Playstation)
Description : Logistic department for Playstation EMEA.
