He's started his business life at Theuretzbacher & Co KG as Network operator in 1989. In 1993 he took over the position of the Managing Director at Elamatic Ltd. His responsibilities included sales and marketing for telecommunication products.

After 4 years at Elamatic Ltd. he joined Elsat International Computer Distribution Ltd and Comtel Telecommunications Distribution Ltd. As Product and Marketing Manager he was in charge of establishing the Korean brand Samsung in the market of IT and consumer products. He built up the Samsung Consumer Division Unit in Vienna and gained the EISA Award (most important award for consumer products in Europe) for Samsung - the first time ever a Korean company won this award.

1999 he joined HEROLD Business Data AG as a Key account Manager Retail. Later he became Product Manager for CD b2b and b2c products. Trough establishing strategic alliances with software & hardware producers/vendors (i.e. Microsoft, Compaq) Mr. Xxy established Herold as No. 1. Infotainment vendor.

In 2000 he was named Head of E-commerce and Marketing at MLINE Distribution and Production AG, the leading Austrian company for mobile accessories, which was mainly owned by Mr. Martinsen (CEO Herold). He was responsible for the introduction of a new and complex online shop solution including SAP database connection.

After a successful launch of this project, he returned back to HEROLD in September 2001 and was in charge of opening and creating new business fields in the New Business Development department.

End of 2001 he was promoted to b2b Sales & Marketing Director of HEROLD Business Data AG and was a Member of the Management team of the leading Austrian media company. Mr.Xxy reported to Jon Martinsen, CEO of HEROLD. He was responsible for establishing and developing a sales and marketing team of around 40 persons, focussing on the Austrian business-to-business market. Through motivating and leading the b2b team (see attached employee review) the b2b unit realized outstanding results (over + 50% revenue) within a short time period.
In 2004 he joined Samsung Electronics Austria Ltd. as Senior Manager for Home Entertainment products. During this time Samsung increased its revenue in the CEE area (10 CEE countries incl. A,CH,SL) around 90%. Mr. XXY. directly reported to the managing director Mr. S. Rhee.

2 years later Mr. XXY founded his own company, – “the nature connection” - together with 2 partners. As Managing Director he concentrates with his team on building up Samsung SAC (System Air condition) business. Within 3 years reached a top 5 Position in this field. End of 2008 he sold his shares to an Austrian Investor.

Currently Mr. XXY is working as a free consultant for several marketing & sales projects.
