Manager Siebel group at Ernst & Young Consulting. Responsible for management of the consultants and sales of Siebel implementation projects. Furthermore I acted as project manager and business consultant for eBusiness and CRM projects:
-Project manager at ING/ITC (IT affiliate of the ING-group) for the design, development, implementation and roll-out of an intranet-organisation and application.
-Project manager for an ERP-package selection at N.V. Nutsbedrijven Maastricht (utility company) for financial, billing and logistic processes.
-Project manager internal implementation of the Siebel Sales Application at Ernst & Young division eSolutions.

-January 1995 - November 1999
Employed by Origin Nederland B.V. in the positions of account manager, project manager and information analyst. During this period I worked on the following projects:
-July 1998 - November 1999: Account manager, Origin Sector Trade, Transport & Distribution (TTD). In this position I was responsible for three customers within the transport segment. This responsibility consisted of the tasks: account planning, opportunity planning, information gathering on customers and industry, the closing of deals and contracts, delivery and field management, relationship management andmonitoring and reporting on delivered projects.
-August 1997 - July 1998: Service Manager NT-Maintenance Team, Dutch Railroad, Business Unit Travellers. In this position I was responsible for the management of a team of 15 programmers and information analysts and also for relationship management. The team delivered operational support on 12 applications all relevant for the daily operations of the BU. Furthermore there was additional capacity to build and implement new applications. I was also responsible for the implementation of an environment in which all team members were able to deliver services of a constant quality. This was done by using ITIL, Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
-January 1997 - August 1997: Project manager for the creation and implementation of a customer information and billing system at Dutch Railroad, Business Unit Travellers.
-February 1995 - June 1997: Project manager, consultant at Heineken Technical Services, R&D/OPP department. In this period I worked on several projects resulting in (mathematical) models for the improvement en optimisation of business and production processes (operations research). Some examples: price optimisation and calculation of packaging materials, statistical process control (SPC), brewery benchmarking, efficiency improvement packaging lines and quality control. I also drew up an Information plan for the R&D department describing how the ‘R&D-product’ information could best be used and maintained using SAP/R3 software.
-Autumn 1996: Internal project at Origin Baarn B.V.. This comprised research on the communication structures at the Baarn location of Origin. This research was carried out as a thesis study for the course ‘Business Management for Young Engineers’. The research resulted in a communication model indicating which communication means should be used, depending on message and audience. The model was brought into production at the Baarn location.

-May 1990 - June 1993
Manager Support & Development at Logitrans International. This company is specialised in transport logistics for medium to large transport companies in Europe. I held this fulltime position during my studies. I was responsible for the management of the programming and maintenance team, consisting of five consultants. Furthermore I supported the account manager with technical expertise during customer visits.
