Company designs and manufactures machined seals for Industrial gas compressors and marine diesel engines. Tasked with:
Establishing production times and methods.
Reviewing production planning system and recommending how the computerised planning system could be improved to meet new business requirements.

This is a 1000 employee facility for repairing defence avionics equipment. I was responsible for designing and implementing significant Business Planning and Production scheduling systems, which resulted in:
