• Produced positioning paper on ability to cope with introduction of Stakeholder Pensions.

Operational Management
• Seconded to Sales Support area to manage and implement above change programme.
• Introduced customer driven, service based approach and measures along with implementation of “shared ownership” and same day service concepts.
• Removed 6 months backlog along with radical restructuring leading to significant efficiency gains in service levels and manpower cost savings.
• Managed Systems Support Department (60+ staff) responsible for analysis of business process problems and the identification of solutions, their testing and implementation.
