Tasked with creating a Euro-wide service division to allow steady growth of Kerridge installations throughout mainland Europe. (During this period the divisional turnover grew from £2 million to £10 million per annum.)
• Implemented a quality control system achieving and maintaining ISO9002.
• Negotiated backing and support contracts with all suppliers thus enabling an escalation procedure from first call through to manufacturer support.
• Developed a strong procurement division for the main group with responsibility for all hardware and operating system purchases.
• Created a pre-sales support team to assist the sales division with product selection and technical issues.
• Implemented a help desk/call centre for 1st and 2nd line support of automotive dealer systems.
• Employed key staff in Holland, Germany and Spain, also opened support centres in those countries.

• Created a project team to install and support automotive manufacturer’s systems. Which realised revenue of £195K per annum.
• Continued growth of service customer base whilst managing the changing requirements for customer support.
