Task: Responsible Department Logistics and Customer Service. Span of control: 3 persons direct, 25 people
indirect.

Task & functions Logistics department: Delivery of watches to retailers and B2B
Daily: Order picking, quality control, invoicing, shipping of 30.000 orders / parcels a year, incoming goods, mailings, problem solving, return goods & credit invoicing.

Furthermore: Rolling inventory counts, year inventory count, project improvements, complaints, reports/ statistics, strategy & policy department, creating KPI ‘s en SLA ‘s, budget & costs control, fine-tuning with customers, suppliers and DC, Customs, HRM of department, projects, etc.

Tasks and functions Customer Service department (After Sales): Supply spare parts to the retailers and repairs of watches in own atelier.

Daily: Spare parts: Call Centre (9p), order input, order picking, quality control, invoicing, shipping of 40.000 orders / parcels a year with spare parts, incoming goods, mailings, problem solving, return goods & credit invoicing, ordering spare parts at the factory, etc.

Repair atelier: 25.000 repairs (9p). Including whole administration from entry registration, quotations, follow of repair status according to SLA ’s, invoicing, etc.

Furthermore: Rolling inventory counts, year inventory count, project improvements, complaints, reports/ statistics, strategy & policy department, creating KPI ‘s en SLA ‘s, budget & costs control, communication with customers (B2B and private persons), suppliers and DC, Customs, HRM of department, projects, training and coaching on the job, etc.

Function: Manager Internal Office (member of the Management Team)
Task: Responsible for the Internal Office. Span of control: 6 people direct, 27 people indirect

Internal Office is responsible for adequate calculation, purchasing, production planning, expedition, planning pre-production departments, stock. This department manages the complete organization excluding Sales.

Additional is the Manager Internal Office responsible in case of holidays for the production, which adds an additional 40 people to the span of control during 2 months a year.
