The commercial projects I have managed are formation of new operations from base and merging of operations. Championing the ‘Total Quality Management’, model in MEA - Group has exposed me to management of cultural change projects. I have managed Finance and Admin functions as prime responsibility, customer service and distribution functions on an interim basis filling in resource gaps. - Rollout of Pan- European Demand and Supply Planning processes using Manugistics as the planning tool, integrating ERP systems on various platforms and Pan- European SAP implementation, with constantly changing sponsors and user group clubbed with centralisation and de-centralisation issues.
