My mission is double :

“Active Consultancy” which means my job doesn’t stop with an elaborated Powerpoint presentation, but merely STARTS with one. I don’t tell people how to run their business, I DO it for them and show how to effectively manage their growing business. I also train their people, as well in sales as in project management.
“Interim Managent” where I offer my time and experience to home based companies who want to start a subsidiary abroad. Two previous jobs (in CH and in D) make me competent and experienced in this matter.
In our company we are also the exclusive implementor of an ERP software solution for Midrange Companies, called : profit+.

M.Ex.T Group is the specialist for professional First Help products. This Belgian group has subsidiaries in Luxembourg the Netherlands and in Germany. The German company employs 42 people. When I started, only six people were on board.
