My most recent major assignment has been with a pharmaceutical company carrying out an audit of local operations and H.R. management at five pharmaceutical research and manufacturing sites in Europe and USA. This was combined with an evaluation of the organisation structures to measure them against current business needs. An Action Plan with a timetable and costs was developed for the CEO and is now being implemented by local HR staff to address management deficiencies and global culture change issues.
