Project Manager 2003 - 2004
Reporting to Head of Insurance Services, project managed the launch of multiple insurance products into retail stores and call centres.

Developed business plans and implemented launch of Spectacles insurance into 300 Boots Opticians stores, on time and budget. From initial concept to launch, negotiated with underwriter to agree rates, the legal contract, training requirements and terminology in literature.
