Crawford Door (October 1997 - June 1998):
- Start--up of a sales organization for the sales of private garage doors (sales team and network of distributing companies). Result: max. sales in garage doors ever in the first half of 1998.
- Start-up of and participation in an inter-company project team within the Cardo group for the reduction of quality costs. Result: Quality improvements identified, some installed.

ASCO - Joucomatic (1992 – October 1997):
- Change of culture and strategy (from competitive brand supplier to a supplier of technical expertise and OEM co-makership)
- Installation of a sales team for the Netherlands
- Selection of ERP software (Exact) for the European commercial outlets of ASCO/Joucomatic (7 companies) and the implementation in Belgium.
- MBO/ improvement of the KPI’s: Sales increase +70%, EBIT +76%, stock turnover +30%,
ADO on invoices –30%, average delivery time approx. –40%.
- Start-up TQM ( customer satisfaction surveys)

ASCO Controls (1989 – 1992):
- Change of the product development competencies of the company (from an enginnering department, adapting USA components to European customer specification to a department designing European product lines): Improvement of the design capabilities of existing engineers, appointment of new engineers; office extension, selection and implementation of a CAD/CAM system, start-up of a test laboratory and a life time test room.
- Start-up of product management capabilities
- Creation of a service desk for technical support to the commercial outlets.
- Desgin and introduction of an European product line of 3/2 solenoid valves and part of a 2/2 solenoid valve product line with world-wide success.
- Selection of ERP system (movex) as project manager, implementation of ISO 9001 in the engineering dept.

ASCO Controls (1984 – 1989):
- Re-organization of the sales organization in Southern Europe after the acquisition of Joucomatic SA (F) by Emerson Electric; marketing planning, negotiations with existing distributors, start-up of new sales organization, training and follow-up.
