Benefit provisions
Setup and maintaining health insurance, pension plans, life and disability plans, saving schemes

International assignments
Setup international assignments policy
Manage international assignments

(International) payrolls and personnel database
From NL setup of foreign payrolls (France, Italy, UK, Sweden, India, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, South Korea)
From NL running payrolls in China, South Africa, USA, Australia, Russia, Ukraine
Setup of payroll in the Netherlands (setting requirements, selection providers, implementation)
Setup, implement and managing personnel database in NL and roll out to China (Axapta: Microsoft Dynamics Navision)

Salary benchmarking
Setup, implement and managing benchmark process for all countries mentioned above

Salary review process
Coordinate the salary review process, analyse the results and get approval from the board

Stock option schemes
Setup, implement and manage Irdeto stock option scheme, coordinate Irdeto part of Naspers stock option scheme, keep schemes aligned with fiscal laws, coordinate the allocation process for Irdeto globally

Compliancy with tax law and SOX
Setup of Sox procedures for payroll (NL)
Assist in internal and external audits (Sox, Tax authorities, Social Security)

Due diligence
Conduct due diligence for compensation & benefits part

Interface with Ondernemingsraad NL on compensation & benefits issues
