- Philips International: HR Workstream Outsourcing IT international (>40 countries):HR global HR coordinator for the International IT outsourcing of 120 FTE on Helpdesk/Desk services ( IT infrastructure) to Hewlett Packard.

o HR Workstreamlead on large international Merger & Acquisition project (>10 countries) for setting up a new Joint Venture with another company in the car leasing business

Consultancy assignments
- FMI VTU people: support on the HR field and executed HR scan
- Philips M&A, Corporate Investments: execute and advise on culture scan after acquisitions in Asia ( Goldway), Brazil (Dixtal), US (Innercool) and Europe (Saeco), Aachen/Eindhoven R&D ( integration approach)
