I wrote my postgraduate thesis on the change strategy developed by France
Television. As a result, I spent 3 months within the group, including during

their relocation, and worked close to the trade union official. Then I spent 2 months within the first European media group CLT-UFA, and close to the new Communications Director, one year after CLT-UFA fused. Finally, I ended my research spending 2 months within the communications agency in charge of the budget of France Television Group. In the 3 companies, I carried out the following in order to establish accurately the organisational change within France Television Group: analysis of published data and statistics, conducted formal and informal interviews within the work place, for which I designed questionnaires, analyzed data collected, presented the results and recommendations in a 150 pages document.

Together with the duties on organisational change for my thesis I was involved in other missions within each company:
