Responsible for the brand management of the Verstegen retail products. The main goal is to enhance the brand perception of the consumer.
Project leader for introduction of 26 new concepts within the Verstegen Retail brand. Developing a whole new luxury (up-scale) product range, creating new products and new packaging. Writing a marketing plan and a strategic introduction plan, as a base to brief different agencies. Working closely with R&D/ production/ logistics/ finance/ purchase department.
