Roll-out of workplace related services in 140 countries, back-office services in over 100 countries and data center services in 80 countries.

5) Responsible for selling, roll-out and profit and loss of large international outsourcing contracts, involving business critical applications (ERP) and heavily downsizing companies.
- BaaN: managed the support for Baan”s indirect market in EMEA and secured Compaq’sposition throughout BaaN’s fall during 2001;
- Fuji: 10 year outsourcing contract;
- Lucent Technology: European, Middle East and Africa outsourcing contract for 12,000 seats, 22 countries;
