Summary
I am a flexible interim HR professional who can work at operational, tactical and strategic levels in organizations. In my daily work I always keep the end goal in mind: to provide the service needed to satisfy my internal customers so they can provide their services needed to satisfy the company¡¦s external customers. In this manner the organization is able to achieve positive results and further healthy growth. I am a good generalist and thus also able to take on specific projects.

Beside my interim work in larger organizations, I offer my services to small business owners who lack the right knowledge when it comes to HR and legislation. I do this through my ¡§First Aid Kit for HR¡¨ subscriptions.

Interim assignments:

05/2013 ¡V 12/2014:JTI Benelux ¡V Brussels, Belgium & Amstelveen, Netherlands (FMCG)
Assignment: project management office refurbishment/office move Benelux organization

Full project management of the refurbishment of the existing Brussels office and the interior set-up of the new office in Amstelveen (including moving staff from Hilversum), all from an HR perspective (i.e. change workshops, needs v. efficiency, consequences in staff terms and conditions etc.). Managing architect, construction company and other external suppliers as well as internal project group (purchasing, IT, communication). Responsible to General Management (steering group), budget responsibility of 3.3 MM euro for both locations, delivery on time and 10% under budget as well as employee satisfaction.

08/2012¡V 05/2013: Gryson NV ¡V Wervik, West-Flanders, Belgium (production)
Assignment: integration of staff in newly acquired factory by multinational company

After acquisition of family owned business (100 empl.), the staff terms and conditions needed to be integrated within those of the multinational. On top of this all HR policies needed to be implemented and the culture of the company needed to be given attention and needed to gain foothold. After successfully integrating all comp & ben aspects and the start-up of implementing HR policies, I also hired the current permanent HR manager.

Assignment: covering a maternity leave of the HR & Facilities Manager Netherlands

Job content of a country responsible HR Manager, generalist workload with four direct reports. Company size of 120 employees.
