2001-2002, 2003-Currently, Consultant.
S.I.R.A. Consultancy company, Verona, Italy.
In September 2001 I have been hired by S.I.R.A. (Società Italiana di Revisione Aziendale - in the position of consultant. S.I.R.A. is a small consultancy company made up of 12 consultants plus staff. At the beginning I was asked to prepare business plans, then I specialized in company evaluation. I evaluate companies that want to be sold or merge.
Starting form march 2002 I specialized in balances (included tax calculations). In June 2002 I left for Australia to do the MBA. In September 2002 I came back to S.I.R.A. where besides business plans, company evaluation and balances I have been involved in new tasks. These are:
 Strategic consultancy (competitor analysis, porter five forces, and due diligence)
 Rating calculation and advises to improve rating according to the new rules of Basilea 2.
 Spot law and tax advises.
 Projects of company restructuring
 Internationalization of enterprises

2005 – Currently, Professor.
Course on Balance and Management Accounting. PRA.GMA specializazion school for finance professionals

2004 - Currently, Assistant Professor.
Course of Accountancy at the University of Padova. I give classes and I am writing a book on accountancy together with the Professor and two other assistants.

2003, Strategic Consultant.
ITEK, Action Learning Project, Adelaide, Australia (Member of a group of six consultants responsible to develop a strategic plan including marketing, finance and sales).
As final part of my MBA I was asked to work as a consultant in a company that commercializes IP (Intellectual Properties). I was a member of a cross-functional group of six consultants that delivered and implemented a strategic plan to increase the flow of IP commercialized by the company.

2000-2001, Business Analyst.
PTT-Post (eDelivery), Leidschendam, Netherlands.
In October 2000 I have been hired by PTT-post as Business Analyst. PTT-Post is a company belonging to the Dutch group TPG. I was working in PRIVVER which is a Business Unit that offers EDP solutions.
I was responsible of the definition of the business case that was used to fund operations. I took responsibility of the development and control of budgets and corporate finances. In quarter 2 of 2001 I was engaged with the development of a business case for international expansion

2002-2003, Master of Business and Administration (MBA), specialization in Finance, University of South Australia, International Graduate School of Management, Adelaide. Working paper on “real option” currently considered for publication.

1994-2000, Economy and Management, University of Parma, Italy. Graduated with 99 out of 110 credits. Between July 1999 and June 2000, thesis research project sponsored by the University of Parma (and coordinated by the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia) at Ford Motor Iberica, Almusafes, Valencia, Spain.
