launch of the euro in the different informatics systems in close collaboration with the head office in Paris (smooth start-up of the shops on the 1st January 2002)
starting up and improvement of the electronic data transfers (references, prices,...) between suppliers and Fnac

o Mission : complete removal of a warehouse (professional clothing) and start of production in new location

Complete identification of the products and reduction of stocks
Removal of 150 000 parts of clothing / 600 pallets and relocation in new picking area and warehouse in relation to stock rotation
Start up production with new procedures and complete inexperienced personnel
