Work ExperienceSamsung Electronics established the new European Headquarters of Samsung Air Conditioner Europe (SEACE) in Amsterdam and began operations in April
2017. SEACE, a dedicated sales office for air conditioners in Europe is expected to solidify the sales activities which have been previously operated by each
office across 17 European countries.
Results & Responsibilities:
Being the first and only recruiter at Samsung Europe HVAC I had the honor to approach, interview and hire 50 (HVAC) professionals
for strategic European roles at the headquarters. These 50 roles needed to be filled with the best (international) candidates before
live date. When I joined Samsung in December I was the 4th team member at the HQ. We didn't have a website, recruiter seat,
database, job profiles or ATS system.
Responsible for the entire process from market research, candidate mapping to first approach on Linkedin to on-boarding.
Created labor market insights and extensive market research to manage expectations, feasibility and competitors for 9 local
stakeholders and 17 international stakeholders
Responsible for International recruitment from 1st approach to on-boarding offices Amsterdam and London
100% fulfillment rate before live date
Cost saving compared to traditional Samsung recruitment policy (agency ́s) €310k
